Jennifer Iloabachie is an accomplished financial services executive with over 25 years of experience spanning commercial banking, reserve-based lending, public sector banking, brand management, wealth management, and strategic business leadership. As an Executive Director at Blue Marina Asset Management Limited, she plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth strategy, client engagement, and investment solutions, leveraging her extensive expertise in capital preservation, wealth creation, and relationship management to deliver sustainable value for clients and stakeholders
Her leadership philosophy was forged at ExxonMobil, Zenith Bank, UBA, and Brains & Hammers, where she developed a "backbone" of results-based management rooted in the belief that astute personnel selection and capacity building are the primary engines of financial success. During her 16-year tenure at United Bank for Africa (UBA), Jennifer rose to the rank of Deputy General Manager, serving as Group Head of Energy Banking, overseeing the NNPC and its Joint Venture project accounts with International Oil Companies (IOCs), and later leading strategic public sector supervision within the FCT.
A perennial "MVP" award recipient, she was consistently recognized for delivering exceptional Profit Before Tax (PBT) performance and service excellence. Jennifer is an alumna of London Business School and holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Sc. (2.1) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her academic foundation is further bolstered by extensive international and domestic executive training in Banking and Finance, Reserve-Based Lending, Real Estate, and Asset Management. She is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control.
